Material Science and Building Materials Laboratory was established in the Department of Civil Engineering in 1974. In 2000, it was moved to the West Meselik campus. Materials and Building Materials Laboratories are located on an area of ​​650 m² and have standard equipments, building materials and experimental equipments in which concrete tests are carried out. Many projects, doctorate and master thesis studies have been carried out using laboratory facilities.
