Objectives and Outcomes:

The educational objectives of the Civil Engineering program at Eskişehir Osmangazi University, in line with the vision and mission of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, are determined as follows:

To train civil engineers who have gained both theoretical and practical experience in basic engineering sciences, who are capable of conducting research, creative, able to take on leadership roles, and responsible individuals.

To develop civil engineers who possess sufficient knowledge in the fields of structural, geotechnical, hydraulic, transportation, and mechanical engineering, and with this knowledge, are able to design safe, economical, and aesthetically pleasing engineering structures. These engineers will be capable of producing and implementing projects, guiding society in their profession, generating new ideas, defending their ideas in public, and understanding the importance of lifelong learning, which they will apply throughout their careers.
