To have both theoretical and applied competence and knowledge in the field of civil engineering in the specizilation in hydraulic, geotechnical, mechanical, transportation and structural sciences

To have the ability to solve the problems encountered in practice by using different research methods

To educate scientists who have the ability to present the current developments and their own studies with scientific data and present them verbally and in writing

Phd Civil Engineering
